Consultation
Our initial consultation with you and your family will be an in-depth analysis of the vision and ideas you have for your renovation. We will also be able to provide you with the preliminary scope of work for your project, including a rough estimate along with outlining the necessary building permit applications that would be needed in order to begin working on your renovation project.
During this consultation, our architects, engineers and project managers, will all assess your project in order to lay-out every aspect of your renovation. This consultation includes, but is not limited to, a detailed scope of work, preliminary architectural drawings, engineer report, budgeting and payment schedule. Oftentimes our clients are also interested in our interior design services relating to the finishing materials, colours, kitchen and bathroom fixtures, lighting fixtures, furniture and home decor.
