Design & Building Permit

The design process starts with our architects providing the first draft of drawings, tailored exactly to your design ideas and needs which were uncovered during the consultation phase. The drawings stage consists of a back-and-forth process in which you work alongside our architect and project manager until you are completely satisfied with the plans. Our experienced engineers then proof the drawings for structural integrity. Once our engineer’s structural and mechanical drawings are completed, we then submit the required building applications to the city to obtain the necessary permits for your renovation.
